• Approximate square footage.

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

• Type of service: standard clean, deep clean, move-in/move-out, or repair/handyman work.

• When it was last professionally cleaned or repaired.

• Any heavy buildup (grease, soap scum, pet hair, nicotine, mold, or clutter).

• If there were leaks, water damage, or previous DIY repairs in the area.

• 1–2 photos of each room or area you want cleaned.

• Close-ups of problem spots: showers, toilets, stove/oven, baseboards, damaged walls, broken fixtures, etc.

• A short walkthrough video is very helpful for larger jobs so we can see access, stairs, and tight spaces.

• Your ideal timing or deadline (for example, “before move‑out on March 10”).

• Any access issues (gated community, limited parking, pets on site, high ceilings, or fragile items).

• Anything you do NOT want done so we don’t include it in the quote.
