Which service do I need?
Managing apartments or rental homes? See Rental Properties. Hosting on Airbnb or another short-term site? See Short-Term Rentals. Offices, retail and common areas go under Commercial, and your own home goes under Residential. Not sure? Use Find Your Fit above or just call us.
Can you handle cleaning and repairs in the same visit?
Yes. Cleaning, small repairs, touch-ups and setup can be combined into one request and one visit, so you don’t need separate vendors.
How is pricing set?
Every job gets a written price before we start. Each service page shows starting prices or how that service is quoted, and your final price is based on the space, its condition and what’s included.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We put the scope, schedule and price in writing so everyone is clear, with no long-term commitment.
Do you offer Net 15 or Net 30 billing?
Yes, for property accounts and host accounts. Net 30 is one statement each month, and Net 15 is a statement every two weeks. One-time jobs are priced per job.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and are bonded. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Do you paint in older buildings?
We don’t offer painting in properties built before 1978 because of lead-paint rules. Cleaning and non-paint repairs are available for properties of any age.
